New York City is made up of five boroughs: The Bronx (also known as the Bronx), Queens (also called Queens), Brooklyn (also known as Staten Island), and Manhattan. Manhattan, Staten Island and Brooklyn are all islands. Queens and Brooklyn are part of Long Island and the Bronx connects to the US mainland. All of these are connected by tunnels, ferries, bridges and bridges.

Staten Island
Staten Island is renowned for its beaches, parks, museums and historical landmarks. Staten Island Greenbelt is the largest forest in the city. Richmond County Bank Ballpark is a great place for baseball fans to watch games, and history lovers can explore colonial Richmond Town. Staten Island Ferry is free, so even if you don’t plan to stay on Staten Island you can still take it. This is a great attraction.

Ameritania at Times Square
Ameritania in Times Square, while not being the most affordable hotel for the entire city of New York is one of the nicest (and cheapest) options available around Times Square. The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to the Ed Sullivan Theater in the Theatre District. Rooms are large and decorated in a fun, colorful way. Central Park is also only a few hundred meters away.
Pod 39
In New York City, Brooklyn and other parts of the country there are a number of Pod hotels. The Pod 39 is 500m from Grand Central Terminal, with a seasonal rooftop bar, a lounge and eat-in restaurant. A games room is also available, complete with table tennis. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and cable TV. They also include a bathroom with an ensuite. As the name suggests, these rooms are quite small. Some of them (though more expensive) have a view of Manhattan’s skyline.
